What Happens and When
Six steps, each one specific. Competitors are vague about process because vagueness is easier — a homeowner spending five figures deserves to know what actually happens.
A short conversation about what is happening — an active leak, a storm you are worried about, or a roof you know is old. Photos help if you have them, and they are optional. If water is coming in now, say so: that changes the order we schedule in.

Your right to cancel
If you sign a contract at your home, federal and Texas law give you three business days to cancel in writing. That is the FTC Cooling-Off Rule (16 CFR 429) and the Texas Business & Commerce Code Chapter 601. It is your right, not a favour — and stating it plainly is something we would rather do ourselves than leave for the fine print.
