Soft Wash
Soft Wash
Soft washing cleans your roof with low pressure and a cleaning solution instead of a high-pressure blast, so it removes dirt, mold and algae without stripping granules off the shingles. It restores curb appeal and helps prevent the long-term damage that organic growth causes when it is left in place.

Options and Trade-offs
A cleaning solution applied at low pressure and given time to work, then rinsed. The solution does the cleaning rather than water pressure, which is why it is safe for asphalt shingles.
Advantages
- Low-pressure and shingle-safe — does not blast granules off the roof the way a pressure washer can
- Removes dirt, mold and algae, including the dark streaks common on shaded roofs
- Restores curb appeal without replacing anything
- Helps prevent the long-term damage organic growth causes when left in place
Trade-offs
- Cleaning is not permanent — in shaded, humid spots growth can return over time and periodic cleaning may be needed
- The cleaning solution can harm plants if it is not managed, which is why we pre-wet, cover and rinse landscaping
- It does not repair anything — damaged shingles, flashing or leaks need a separate repair
- Some deep stains may lighten rather than disappear completely
